Southern & Eastern Scalefish and Shark Fishery (East Coast Deepwater Trawl Sector)
On 10 August 2006, SFRARP handed down a decision regarding the application for review of a decision made by the Australian Fisheries Management Authority to grant provisional review of Type T Quota Statutory Fishing Rights SFRs generated from East Coast Deepwater Trawl Sector Statutory Fishing Rights under the Southern and Eastern Scalefish and Shark Fishery Management Plan.
