Landcare Tax
The Australian Government provides assistance to rural landholders who may be able to claim a tax deduction for landcare works under the tax legislation. Further details on the deduction can be obtained from the Australian Taxation Office (Landcare Operations) or Australian Taxation Office (Landcare Operations Tax Concessions).
DAFF maintains a register of consultants who may approve Land Management Plans for the purpose of landcare tax deductions.
