Live animal import fees and charges
Animals coming into Australia must spend time at specially equipped quarantine stations to ensure they are free of disease before being released. Fees are charged by the quarantine station for housing and maintaining your animal whilst undergoing a period of post arrival quarantine. Other fees may include permit application, animal inspection and document clearance fees.
