Where we are unable to resolve a complaint to your satisfaction, we will explain why and let you know what other options you have. These options may include:
- asking for a review of a decision, or
- contacting the Commonwealth Ombudsman (phone 1300 362 072)

Australian Customs Service
For feedback relating to the Australian Customs Service (for example, importing and exporting goods by air, sea or post) go to Customs complaints and compliments.

Department of Immigration and Citizenship
