United States Food and Drug Administration Bioterrorism Act
The United States (US) Food and Drug Administration (FDA) have published the final rules for Registration of Food Facilities and Prior Notice of Imported Food Shipments.
The Australian Government Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry has reviewed the two final rules, and provides supplementary information regarding the new enforcement phase for US Bioterrorism Act provisions.
