Legal expenditure for the 2008-09 financial year
The Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry supplies the following information in accordance with the Legal Services Directions 2005 (Amended 2008), which requires Financial Management and Accountability Act Agencies to report on their legal services expenditure for each financial year.
Please note that Biosecurity Australia was a prescribed agency under the Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry portfolio during the 2008-09 financial year. From 1 July 2009 Biosecurity Australia was de-prescribed and future reporting requirements will be reported by the Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry.
